We only collect personal data when you write to us through the contact form: your name, your work email address, your company name (optional) and the content of your message.

No other personal data is collected without your knowledge when simply browsing the site.

This data is used solely to handle and answer your request. It is not used for any unsolicited marketing.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, collected via the checkbox on the contact form. The box is not pre-ticked; without your consent, the request cannot be sent.

Recipients

Your data is intended only for the people at NITBY Software handling your request. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Technical processors: the site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA) and your messages are delivered via the OVH email service (European Union). Using a host located in the United States may involve a transfer of data outside the European Union, subject to the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and any follow-up, then deleted or archived within a reasonable period not exceeding three years from our last exchange.

Cookies and trackers

This site uses no audience-measurement cookies, no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. No cookie is stored on your device while browsing.
